Key Achievements

Owned end-to-end delivery: architecture, APIs, LLM provider evaluation (Google Gemini API, local models via Ollama/LM Studio).
Implemented RAG over ERP/DW data, embeddings/semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI agent/function calling.
Integrated chatbot into the ERP portal; iterated through trial-and-error to optimize response quality for landlords and tenants.
